It's pretty impressive. Try putting more detail on the hair that are not branches. Also, try giving it a little darker skin pigment with an ebony pencil or some charcoal.
It' otherwise quite good. I like how you showed the imperfection in it (i.e.: the non-symmetrical eyebrows.)
